Our group classes are designed to help you develop strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, and endurance, all while tackling the body's strongest "muscle" - your mind.
Athletes must have previous Strength & Conditioning experience. An assessment is required before you can sign up for class.
Hyrox is the ultimate fitness program, combining functional strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and endurance training for a well-rounded workout in an challenging format.

Our Onboarding program is geared towards people who are new to strength and conditioning or functional fitness programs. During your sessions, our expert coaches will guide you through foundational movements and techniques so you can gain confidence before joining our group classes. Onboarding is required for anyone who does not have previous experience.

Mind-Set has the atmosphere, grit and programming I've been looking for in a gym. Ryan and the rest of the coaches have a natural ability to make you feel like you're getting 1-on-1 personal training while in a group setting. I've been pushed harder than ever and have noticed my mental and physical fitness improve immensely. Not to mention the community is unmatched. Everyone is so supportive and continue to cheer each other on for all their wins.

Great space and great gym! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Class times are convenient. So convenient that you really don’t have an excuse. The gym is always clean and especially now with reopening after Covid, the coaches always make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I am trying out their nutritional program because the before and afters I saw were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone.
Bright, clean, new facility! If you’re looking for a strength and conditioning training program that truly challenges you and takes you to the next level, this is your gym. As a physiotherapist, training in a safe AND effective way are equally important. The coaches are always looking to help you optimize your form and help you build strength with unique and challenging ways. The community of athletes is the reason I get out of bed at 530am to work out everyday!!
